Singularity Foundation operates multiple online services (“Services”), providing AI model routing, chat interfaces, and other tools across various platforms, including:

We collect this information directly from you and through your use of our Services.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

California Privacy Rights
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) applies, California residents may have the right to know and access personal information we collect, request correction or deletion, and exercise their privacy rights without discrimination. Where applicable, residents may also have the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
The categories of personal information we collect, the sources from which we collect it, and our purposes for using it are described in Sections 1 and 2. In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed personal information only as described in Section 3. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
